History
Mountain Lakes Construction began its construction business, in the State of Idaho, in 1992, as the developer and builder of Best Hill Meadows, a planned residential community consisting of 111 lots located at the end and North of Best Avenue. Mountain Lakes Construction completed the construction in this development in 2001 with homes built by MLC ranging from 1500 SF to 5400 SF and varied in price from $125,000 to $350,000.

The President
Mark Michalak has over 27 years experience in commercial and residential construction. Mark has been instrumental in all of the design solutions with clients. With his thorough understanding in the needs of each client, he is able to exhibit careful attention to detail and is sensitive and successful in integrating each home into the total project design and construction budget. He encourages client participation and involvement to insure a successfully built home and a satisfied client.

Current Projects
Presently, MLC has projects under construction and has completed projects in Forest Hills Residential Development, private custom homes on the Coeur d'Alene Lake, and various customs on our clients' property thoughout the area. Our newest project is called the Signature Series homes which are located on the Prarie in a beautiful setting.
