Each room has a flat screen TV along with the den. Streaming and high speed internet available.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with private bathroom. The middle room has a queen bed and the bunk room features two sets of twin size bunk beds. Bathroom with tub/shower combo between the bedrooms.

A fully equipped kitchen, and cozy bedrooms designed for restful nights after a day on the lake. A welcoming deck provides stunning sunrise and sunset views over the water.

Step outside to enjoy everything lake life has to offer. A private dock makes boating, fishing, and swimming effortless, while the hot tub offers the perfect place to unwind beneath the stars. For outdoor enthusiasts, the property includes kayaks and canoes so you can explore the peaceful coves and scenic shoreline at your own pace. Walking distance to Jarret Boat Ramp which has a parking area. The driveway is large enough for vehicles and boat trailers as well.

A short drive to local attractions. 20 minutes outside of Anderson, about 30 minutes to CLEMSON, 20 minutes to Hartwell GA, and about 50 minutes to Greenville.
